Marlboro Clothing is an independent online apparel store. Product names, the Marlboro name and any other third-party names or marks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the style of our designs.
2. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. If an item you receive does not match its description, contact us and we will help under our returns policy.
3. Prices and Sale Prices
All prices are listed in US dollars. When an item is on sale, the regular price is shown next to the sale price. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an email confirming that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel after payment, we refund the full amount.
5. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through PayPal. We do not store full card details on our servers.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the USA, and shipping within the USA is free. Estimated delivery information is shown at checkout. You can follow your order on our order tracking page once it has shipped.
7. Returns and Refunds
Unworn items with their original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The full process is described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or copying its content for commercial use without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
